Charlotte Photo Booth FAQ
Do you provide a COI for Charlotte venues (hotels, museums, rooftops)?
Yes—venue-named COIs with additional insured are standard. Send requirements 72 hours before load-in and we’ll handle it.
How much space and power do you need?
Open-air booth: ~8×8 ft and one dedicated 15A/110–120V outlet within 25–50 ft. 360/green screen may require a second circuit.
Can you handle freight docks, elevators, and union load-ins?
Yes. We pre-book docks/elevators, follow house rules, and work union-friendly load-ins across hotels, museums, and Class-A buildings.
Is Wi-Fi required for instant sharing?
Helpful but not required. If Wi-Fi dips, we queue SMS/QR deliveries and auto-send once the signal returns.
How long does setup/teardown take?
Standard booths: 90–120 minutes setup, ~45 minutes teardown. 360/green screen may add time based on footprint
What’s included in packages? Do you offer prints?
Every rental includes custom overlays, instant SMS/QR sharing, and a live attendant (Premium/360). On-site prints are included with Premium and available as an add-on for Lite.
Do you do outdoor or rooftop setups?
Yes—weather-aware lighting and covered placement plans. We bring sandbags/weights and adjust for wind, heat, or cold.
How do you keep the 360 area safe?
Attendant-managed entry/exit, a marked safety perimeter, and a stable platform. We can widen buffers for high-energy groups.
