We keep audio minimal, place the 360 safely away from neighbors, and coordinate with managers on volume and guest flow.

Do you offer instant sharing with branded microsites?
Yes. Guests get SMS/QR delivery to a branded gallery. If Wi-Fi dips, we queue and auto-send when the signal returns.

Can you handle DUMBO/Williamsburg freight timing?
Yes. We book dock/elevator slots in advance and plan 90–120 minutes for setup (more for greenscreen/360). We share crew ETA and a direct contact for the venue.

What power do you require?
One dedicated 15A/110–120V outlet per booth within ~25–50 ft. 360/greenscreen may need a second circuit—we’ll map power and tape runs cleanly.

Are rooftops or outdoor courtyards supported?
Yes. We use sandbagged lighting and safe perimeters; we’ll provide wind/space requirements and a covered fallback if weather shifts.

Do you support sponsor data capture and privacy?
Yes. Optional opt-in screens, custom disclaimers, and UTM-tagged links. We follow standard privacy practices and can disable data collection on request.

What do guests receive and when?
Unlimited sessions during the rental, instant digital sharing, and a full gallery download within 24–48 hours. Printing options depend on package.

Do you carry a COI for Brooklyn venues?
Yes. We issue venue-named COIs with additional insured as needed—send requirements 72 hours before load-in.
