FAQ – Staten Island

Do you charge extra for bridge/toll travel?

No separate surcharge; standard travel is included in our Staten Island pricing.

Can you coordinate with ferry schedules for crew?

Yes. We schedule crew call times around ferry/transit timing and venue access windows.

One dedicated 15A/110–120V outlet per booth within ~25–50 ft. 360 or green screen may need a second circuit—we’ll map it in pre-flight. We do offer power packs if there’s no power available at your venue. Please ask about these options during your onboarding process.

Do hotels or galleries allow tape or wall mounts?

Many don’t. We use freestanding frames, non-marking hardware, and clear cable runs that meet house rules.

Is Wi-Fi required for instant sharing?

Helpful but not required. If Wi-Fi dips, we queue SMS/QR deliveries and auto-send once the signal returns.

How do you keep the 360 area safe?

Attendant-managed entry/exit, marked perimeter, stable platform, and crowd control. We can widen the buffer for high-energy groups.

Can you match strict brand guidelines?

Absolutely—fonts, colors, logos, and motion graphics (360/video) are proofed before event day.
