Yes. We issue venue-named COIs with additional insured as needed—send requirements at least 72 hours before load-in.

Open-air photo booth: ~8’×8′ footprint. 360 platform: ~10–12′ diameter safety zone. We’ll scale to your room and guest flow.

One dedicated 15A/110–120V outlet per booth within ~25–50 ft. 360 or green screen may need a second circuit—we’ll map it in pre-flight. We do offer power packs if there’s no power available at your venue. Please ask about these options during your onboarding process.

Yes. We pre-book dock/elevator slots and arrive 90–120 minutes prior (more for green screen/360).

Many don’t. We use freestanding frames, non-marking hardware, and clear cable runs that meet house rules.

It helps, but not required. If Wi-Fi dips, we queue texts/QR deliveries and auto-send once the signal returns.

Attendant-managed entry/exit, marked perimeter, stable platform, and crowd control. We can widen the buffer for high-energy groups.

Yes. We frequently design in English + Spanish/Chinese and can provide bilingual attendants on request.

Absolutely—fonts, colors, logos, and motion graphics (360/video) are proofed before event day.
